Dr. Danella Whittaker is a family chiropractor in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She built a successful family practice with her husband, Dr. Jason Whittaker, guided by the teachings of Dr. Frank Sovinsky, Dr. Cecile Thackeray and Dr. Douglas Sea. Their systems, structure and practical guidance shaped the way she worked. The practice grew steadily and they sold it in 2022 so they could take time away and be with family.
After returning to practice, Dr. Danella partnered with Dr. Carly Czezowski to build Mommy and Me Family Chiropractic. Together they created a clinic centered on prenatal, postpartum and pediatric care. They rely on clear systems, consistent leadership and a strong community focus. The guiding principles she learned through Sidecar continue to shape their decisions and contribute to the clinic’s success.
Fun fact. Early in her career she worked as Dr. Thackeray’s front tech. This gave her firsthand understanding of how an effective practice runs behind the scenes.
