Billie Sue joined the Sidecar Team in November 2024 as a Billing Specialist and has since advanced into her role as Account Manager. With more than 22 years of experience in the medical billing field, she brings extensive industry expertise and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Billie Sue is passionate about creating a seamless billing experience for our clients, taking extra care to ensure they feel supported, valued, and truly heard throughout every interaction.
Outside of work, Billie Sue enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves exploring the world of True Crime—whether through documentaries, books, or anything in between.
